Privacy notice
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This notice explains how Aidrixlabs ("we") handles personal data when you use our website and our products, including punchCard, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Sign-up details you give us: community name and area, your name, role, WhatsApp number and email.
- Product usage (for example, in punchCard): staff names, WhatsApp numbers or WhatsApp user IDs, roles and shifts; punch-in times and shared locations; meter photos, readings and timestamps.
- Messages you send to our WhatsApp number, as needed to reply and provide the service.
Why we use it
- To set up and run your community's account and send you the information you request (logs, readings, summaries).
- To contact you about your sign-up, billing and support.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
AI photo reading
Meter photos are read by Google's Gemini AI. Only the photo is sent; names and phone numbers are not. Your community chooses a plan:
- Community AI uses Google's free tier. Google may use submitted photos to improve its products and services, which can include human review.
- Private AI uses Google's paid tier. Google does not use the photos to improve its products.
Please photograph only the meter, not people, documents or anything private.
Who we share it with
Service providers we need to run the product: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), Google (Cloud, Sheets, Drive, Gemini) and our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not sell personal data.
Where it's stored and for how long
Your community's records are kept in a Google Sheet for your community and in our cloud systems for as long as your subscription is active, and then deleted or returned on request, except where the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing . Community admins can request deletion of their whole community's data.
