Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone using Aidrixlabs products and services, such as punchCard. By signing up or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Our products provide automation over tools you already use. For example, punchCard provides staff duty punch-in, meter-reading capture and related logs and summaries through WhatsApp and Google Sheets. Features may change as the product improves; we'll tell community admins about material changes.
Accounts
Each community has one account, managed by the admins it names. Admins are responsible for who is on the roster, for having authority to sign up on behalf of the community, and for informing staff and members about how the service works.
Pilots, plans and payment
- Free pilots last for the period stated at sign-up. Nothing is charged unless the community chooses a paid plan.
- Prices, add-ons and any pass-through charges (such as WhatsApp business-message fees) are shown before you subscribe and listed on each monthly statement.
- Subscriptions renew monthly through our payment gateway. You can cancel any time before the next renewal. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.
- Price changes apply from your next renewal, with advance notice.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to submit photos of people, documents or private information in place of meter readings.
AI readings
Meter readings are produced by AI and confirmed by staff. Please check important figures in your logs; we are not liable for decisions made on readings that were not confirmed.
Availability and liability
We aim for reliable service but depend on third parties (WhatsApp, Google). The service is provided "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the community in the three months before the claim.
Ending the service
A community may stop at any time. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or misuse. On request we will return or delete the community's data, as described in our privacy notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction.
